Reprints, Refunds & Order Issue Policy

In the rare event your order cannot be printed, arrives damaged, or does not meet the agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a reprint or refund.


Our full Terms & Conditions provide complete details, but this guide covers the most common scenarios and questions.

When Can I Request a Reprint or Refund?

You can submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your parts if you experience any of the following:

Damaged: Parts arrived broken, cracked, or otherwise damaged during shipping.


Incorrect Specifications: Wrong material, quantity, dimensions, or finish compared to your approved order.


Missing Items: One or more parts from your order were not included in the shipment.


Quality Issues: Parts do not meet the expected tolerances or quality standards for the selected printing process.

How to Submit a Claim

To ensure a fast resolution, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include a clear description of the issue along with photographic evidence of the parts and packaging.
Contact Support: Reach out through your order confirmation email or our support page so our team can review the issue.
Do Not Modify the Parts: If you plan to request a refund or reprint, please do not sand, paint, machine, or otherwise alter the parts before the claim is reviewed.

Non-Printable Parts & Partial Orders

In some cases, individual files or parts may not be manufacturable due to geometry, wall thickness, or file errors.

Individual File Issues: If a specific part in your order cannot be printed, that item may be canceled and refunded while the remaining parts proceed to production.
Partial Order Adjustments: If only a portion of your order is affected, refunds or reprints will apply only to the impacted parts rather than the entire order.

Important Notes

Custom Manufacturing: Because all parts are produced from your uploaded files, cancellations or refunds cannot be offered once production has started due to a change of mind.
Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to receive delivery may incur reshipping and handling fees.
Final Evaluation: Reprints or refunds are issued after our team reviews the claim and confirms the issue. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
